Paraguay's President-elect Fernando Lugo carries a child as he commemorates the fourth anniversary of the Ycua Bolanos V supermarket fire in Asuncion August 1, 2008. More than 300 people were killed and at least 400 people were injured when the supermarket burned down in August 2004 after a fire started in a chimney that investigators said was poorly built and poorly maintained, seen as the country's worst peacetime disaster.
