Argentina's Perito Moreno glacier is seen after the collapse of the roof of an ice tunnel, near the city of El Calafate in the Patagonian province of Santa Cruz, southern Argentina, July 9, 2008. Part of the Patagonian glacier, known as the "White Giant" and one of Argentina's biggest attractions, collapsed early on Wednesday, the first time large chunks of ice have broken off during the southern hemisphere winter. Wednesday's rupture occurred after several days of partial break-ups, according to the provincial government's Perito Moreno Web site, http://www.lupacorp.com/glaciar/us/.
