A woman waits for an indefinite strike by railway workers to end, at the Eastern railway station in Budapest December 17, 2007. Hungary's government faces its toughest test so far on Monday when parliament votes on key health insurance reform and the ruling coalition could break apart if the changes fail to win approval. Further pressure will come from the railway workers, airport workers and teachers who staged a strike on Monday to protest against the bill. REUTERS/Karoly Arvai (HUNGARY)
