REFILE - CORRECTING PERIOD OF TIME BARRAGAN HAS BEEN HELD FOR Erika Serna, the wife of Carlos Barragan, one of the 12 provincial lawmakers kidnapped by the Colombian left-wing rebel group Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), cries as they watch a video released by the group in Cali April 27, 2007. The former deputies have been held by the group for 53 months, according to the authorities.
