Cape Town City officials erect booms at the mouth of the environmentally sensitive Milnerton lagoon, September 14, 2009, as stormy weather spurs fears of oil spillage from Turkish bulk carrier MV SELI 1 which ran aground nearby last week. About 200 tonnes of the estimated 600 tonnes of heavy fuel oil onboard the 176 metre long ship registered in Panama have been transferred to salvage crafts, city officials said.
