A woman walks in a flooded street at Barrio Santa Cruz del Este in Caracas November 21, 2008. Heavy rains and mudslides killed seven people across Venezuela crushing houses and blocking roads just days before elections for mayors and governors in the oil-exporting South American nation. The storms killed two people in the capital Caracas and five others in isolated incidents as rivers burst their banks and hillsides collapsed across the country, a spokeswoman for the emergency services said on Friday.
