Filipino protesters clench their fists while shouting anti-government slogans during a protest to denounce the upcoming 12th Association of Southeast Asean Nations (ASEAN) summit meeting in Cebu city, central Philippines January 9, 2007. Southeast Asia will consider allowing countries to wade into each other's internal affairs this week when leaders discuss the biggest shake-up of the region's internal diplomacy in 40 years.
