A Swiss Edelweiss aircraft which arrived from the Mexican city of Cancun makes its way to the terminal after landing at Zurich Airport in Kloten April 30, 2009. Switzerland confirmed on Thursday its first case of swine flu, saying a young man returning from Mexico had tested positive for the dangerous virus which has claimed more than 150 victims.
