An armed soldier guards a hospital entrance as people queue to donate blood for victims of a bomb blast, at a hospital in Ampara April 2, 2007. Sri Lanka's Tamil Tigers bombed a civilian bus in the island's restive east on Monday, killing 16 people, mostly women and children during a Buddhist holiday, military officials said, but the rebels denied involvement.
