Tamil National Alliance (TNA) leader R. Sampanthan speaks during a news conference in Colombo March 26, 2009. The Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam-allied TNA on Thursday told a news conference they would not talk with Sri Lanka's President Mahinda Rajapaksa until the civilian crisis was resolved.
