Villagers in the flood-affected area of Kumarkhad receive relief supplies brought by an Indian air force helicopter, in Midnapore district in India's eastern state of Bihar August 30, 2008. Indian authorities, hampered by heavy rain and damaged roads, struggled to provide aid to millions of displaced villagers in Bihar that has seen the worst flooding in 50 years.
