Cars travel on the Akhmad Kadyrov street in Grozny, capital of Chechnya, February 19, 2008. Chechnya, in southern Russia, which has witnessed two wars between Russian soldiers and rebels since 1994, officially voted over 99 percent in favour of Russian President Vladimir Putin's party in a December 2007 parliamentary election.
