A man attends a demonstration organized by the political pressure group Foro de Ermua in central Madrid March 7, 2008.Spain's main political parties cancelled closing campaign rallies on Friday, two days before an election, after ETA rebels killed a former councillor from the governing Socialist Party in the Basque Country. Isaias Carrasco, a father of three, was shot three times in front of his wife and young daughter by two gunmen in the small town of Mondragon at about 1.30 p.m. (1230 GMT), police, Socialist officials and witnesses said.
