A boy who was wounded in a suicide attack at Pakistan-Afghan border area of Spin Boldak is treated at a hospital in Chaman April 23, 2008. A suicide bomber blew himself up in a bazaar in an Afghan town close to the Pakistan border on Wednesday, killing three civilians and wounding at least 14 more, Afghan officials said.
