A boy afflicted by polio prays before going to sleep on the floor inside the International Polio Victim Response Committee (IPVRC) compound in Democratic Republic of Congo's capital Kinshasa, November 22, 2006. Results from historic elections in Congo were announced last week as the country tries to end years of conflict that has left the country destitute with a non-functional health care system.
