A view of Milluni water reservoir in the Bolivian highlands, some 30 km (18.6 miles) from La Paz November 7, 2009. The "El Nino" weather phenomenon has brought on a severe drought in Bolivia, putting precarious water supplies to some of the country's major cities further at risk.
