Typhoon victims remain outside their damaged houses after floodwaters brought by Typhoon Parma hit in Rosales, Pangasinan north of Manila October 10, 2009. A week of relentless rains in the northern Philippines have put dozens of towns and villages under water, and the death toll from landslides and floods triggered by heavy rains rose to 153 on Saturday, disaster officials said.
