An HIV+ boy holds a pencil in a classroom at a school for HIV/AIDS affected children in Bhugaon, some 130 km (81 miles) from Mumbai January 9, 2008. Stigmas and discrimination dogged people infected with HIV/AIDS in India with hospitals turning away patients and regular schools throwing out affected children. India is estimated to have the world's third largest HIV/AIDS caseload with about 2.5 million people infected by the virus, according to World Health Organisation (WHO). REUTERS/Arko Datta (INDIA)
