Argentine police use a water cannon against students who tried to stop an assembly of the Buenos Aires University's board of directors inside the Argentine Congress, in Buenos Aires December 18, 2006. The board used the Congress as the most secure venue available to hold their assembly and try to elect the school's rector, after having been impeded by students from holding the election since last April.
