An HIV-infected man prepares a lunch for his step son, who is also HIV-infected, at a red ribbon primary school known as the Green Harbour in Linfen, Shanxi province November 29, 2008. The school, operated by a hospital since 2004, provides cultural courses and lodging for 13 HIV-infected children, aged 8 to 13.
