This followed the arrest of three men in connection with the suicide bomb attacks of July 7, 2005 that killed fifty two commuters on London's transport system. Two of the men were arrested at Manchester airport where they were due to fly to Pakistan and the third was arrested in a house in Leeds, the northern city which was home to three of the suicide bombers.
