Indian eunuchs suffering from HIV/AIDS hold hands during a protest against the drugs manufacturer Novartis in New Delhi January 29, 2007. Novartis is challenging a specific provision in Indian patent laws that restricts patenting of medicines to innovations only. But Medecins Sans Frontiers (MSF) says that the drug company will shut down the pharmacy of the developing world, with over 80 percent of AIDS drugs coming from India.
