Brazilian soldiers wait to receive pesticide before an operation to combat Aedes mosquitoes at the Realengo neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro April 8, 2008. Dengue, a viral disease spread by the Aedes mosquito, has killed 67 people since January and infected more than 43,500 in Rio de Janeiro state, according to official figures.
