An anti-North Korea protester (L) scuffles with policemen trying to stop protesters who were burning a North Korea flag and signs denouncing the North near a hotel where a North Korean delegation is going to stay in Seoul August 21, 2009. Senior North Korean officials sent by leader Kim Jong-il arrived in the South on Friday to mourn former President Kim Dae-jung in a move that may signal a warming of ties between the rival states. Kim Dae-jung, who was awarded the 2000 Nobel Peace Prize for brokering the first summit between the leaders of the two Koreas that led to a dramatic warming of ties, died on Tuesday at the age of 85. The funeral will be held on Sunday. REUTERS/Lee Jae-Won (SOUTH KOREA POLITICS OBITUARY CONFLICT)
