A Sankhal villager climbs the hillside to her temporary home, made of rocks and branches, in Sankhal, on the border with Ethiopia, November 24, 2008. The Red Crescent Society of Djibouti says water has become the number one humanitarian issue in the country, with pastoralists across Djibouti being driven out of their traditional grazing territory in greater numbers as their cattle die. Villagers say they try to build their huts out of rocks whenever possible as a precaution against wild animals. Picture taken November 24, 2008.
