Fuel oil contaminates a beach after a tugboat sank in the Para river at the port of Vila do Conde in the northern Brazilian state of Para September 6, 2008. A tug vessel sank in the Para River on September 3, 2008, spilling 30,000 litres of oil, according to the Environmental state and firefighting departments.
