The Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force destroyer Kurama (C) is assisted by other ships in Fukuoka Prefecture, southern Japan October 27, 2009. The Kurama collided with a South Korean container ship in the Kammon Straits in Fukuoka Prefecture, according to local media.
