Gleb Garanich, a Reuters photographer based in Ukraine, has won the third prize of the Spot News Singles category of the 2009 World Press Photo Contest with this picture of a Georgian man mourning his brother after a bombardment in Gori, Georgia, taken August 9, 2008.
