Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert attends a memorial ceremony for Theodor Hertzel, the founder of modern Zionism at Mount Hertzel in Jerusalem April 29, 2007. Olmert will not resign despite expectations that an imminent report on the Lebanon war will censure his role, Israeli television quoted Olmert aides as saying.
