To lead and support Medair's Country Programmes in accordance with Medair's mandate, values and quality standards. Take initiative to communicate with and resolve problems with field staff. Analyse and prepare management and donor reports for review. Take initiative to prepare financial documents and forms for signature. To supply Medair with the appropriate human resources through recruitment and staff selection. To contribute to the professional development of the HR Department.
