_________________________________________________ Review of the Impact of the Expenditure of the DEC Niger (Sahel) Emergency Appeal Funds - 6th February 2007 The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) is seeking Independent Consultant/s to carry out a Review of the Impact of Expenditure of DEC Niger Crisis Appeal funds. The Review will commence in the UK and will be based on evidence submitted from the individual DEC Members, followed by a field visit of 3-4 weeks to at least 2 countries in the emergency region.
