Salary: Currently Kshs. 169,654.46/month

The post holder will participate in the processes of programme development and assessment, monitoring, and evaluation of CAFOD funded projects and programmes categorised under Sustainable Livelihoods and Disaster Risk Reduction and will help develop a sectoral approach to Sustainable Livelihoods and Disaster Risk Reduction, linking relief to early recovery and conflict sensitivity/prevention within the Programme and making strategic alliances where relevant in areas such as advocacy. Moreover, the post holder will assist partners to develop their projects and programmes. The successful candidate will have proven experience working within the DRR sector and sound practical knowledge of Programme Cycle Management as well as confidence in supporting local Church and NGO partners.

An appreciation of CAFOD's vision, mission and values, and an understanding of the role of the Catholic Church in relief and development are desirable.
