| Description: | Oxfam International (OI) is a confederation of 13 organisations working together with over 3000 partners in more than 100 countries to find lasting solutions to poverty and injustice. The OI Secretariat is based in Oxford, with advocacy offices in Washington DC, New York, Brussels and Geneva.
Working at our International Secretariat in Oxford, you will be responsible for international media strategy on our trade, agriculture, food, biofuels and climate change campaigns. You will be the driving force behind Oxfam media colleagues around the world - coordinating and leading them to get the coverage we need to help overcome poverty and injustice.
You will have strong news judgment, be full of good ideas to develop new angles on these huge issues and will insist on top-class quality. Strategic, with an exceptional understanding of the media coverage required, you will be able to help colleagues obtain this coverage and will know how best to support people from different countries and contexts to get agreement and action.

Fluency in English is required. Competence in French and/or Spanish is desirable. Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
