Description:The IRC Kenya Field Coordinator in Hagadera will be responsible for the management of all programming and operations in the Hagadera field site.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure universal standards (Sphere, UNHCR, WHO) are upheld and program meets IRC quality standards;
• Oversee administrative, human resources, logistics and fiscal management of all field office operations including security;
• Participate as part of senior management team on issues of strategic planning, promotion of IRC's Program Framework; and other macro projects;
• Represent IRC at local, regional, and national levels and liaise with the Department of Refugee Affairs, UNHCR, other UN agencies, international and national NGOs, and government departments present in the region;
• This position reports to the Country Director
• This position manages a staff of 100 national staff and 200 refugee incentive workers

Requirements:
• University degree in International Affairs, Public Administration, or related degree; graduate degree an advantage.
• At least 2 years experience working overseas in an IDP or refugee setting.
• Proven leadership, team-building, and management experience.
• Ability to form systems and procedures and ensure their adherence.
